The year on year (Y-O-Y) growth encouraged the owners to invest in the business, and ZTM increase its paid-ip capital from 33m to 50m, eventually increasing fixed Assets from 306m to 560m.

We kicked off our Weaving unit by installing 144 brand new Airjet weaving looms from Picanol. Zaman achieved rapid Year on Year growth of 75%

We increase its sales with the help of an additional 960 Spindles for its Spinning Facility.

We added another 2,688 brand new spindles to its Spinning facility to enhance efficiency and increase productivity.

We added 112 more Airjet looms including jacquard and dobby in order to add value to its fabric weaving unit. This was the first time in Zaman's history that exports crossed the 500m mark.

Laid the foundation of another facility right next to the weaving mill to incorporate a wet processing mill (Continuous dyeing and printing).

Over the last 2 years ZTM purchased 113 more loom from Picanol and expanded its weaving facility to increase production.During that year our yarn exports reached the 400m mark.

We purchase a continues dyeing plant from Brandix Textile, one of the largest textile manufacturers in Sri Lanka. we also added 27 new looms to our weaving facility.

We successfully Installed the dyeing plant and was running at full capacity from the first year. To meet our customers demands, we installed the world's fastest printing machine BOLT Reggiani. Zaman Textile is grateful to be one the few vertically integrated industrial units in Pakistan.

We expanded our spinning unit by adding 54,720 spindles, in a fully automated plant with state-of-the-art machinery from Rieter, Murata & Toyota, including 54,720 spindles to 79,000. Zaman not only achieved its highest ever exports, but also ventured into manufacturing and exporting value added fabric.

We successfully Installed one Flatbed, one wider width Digital Printing & one wider width Mercerizing Machine, one wider width washing machine, and multiple stenters at the processing unit which has helped increase the processing capacity from 60million to 120 million meters of fabric per annum

We expanded our spinning unit by adding 70,000 spindles in 2023.
